Please contact the owner manager for the rental amount and payment terms. Typically, a 10% credit card payment of the total rent balance is required to reserve dates. Another 15% of this balance is due within the next 14 days. The final 75% balance is due no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date. After all payments are received, your arrival instructions will be emailed.
Payments are not refundable for any reason. The damage deposit will be mailed to the responsible guest within 14 days of departure.
Please make timely payments. Failure to make timely payments may cancel your reservation without refund.
